Estas preciosas dicas do que é necessário para que as mulheres possam se tornar ainda mais lindas foram escritas por Sam Levenson, mas usualmente acabam sendo atribuídas a Audrey Hepburn, pois ela gostava de repeti-las para seus netos… Preferi mantê-las no original em função da simultânea leveza e força das palavras. Caso não tenham intimidade com a bretã língua (na realidade nem eu tenho lá muita), podem encontrá-las buscando pelo texto com o título traduzido de “Segredos de beleza de uma mulher”. Só que essas traduções pecam pela falta de fidelidade…
Aliás, falando nisso, para mim um de seus melhores trechos (agora numa livre tradução deste que vos tecla) é o seguinte: “A beleza de uma mulher não está em seu rostinho bonito, mas a verdadeira beleza em uma mulher está refletida na sua alma.”
